Who need psychological counselling?

If you are currently encountering emotional problems which may affect your daily life, such as work or interpersonal relationship; Some may experience insomnia, emotional, low motivation, difficult to concentrate, overwhelm by depress, anxious feelings. You may consider starting your counselling session.

How does counselling help me?

Through the counselling process, you may identify your issue, have a better understanding on your conflict and yourself, as well as to improve your emotional issues, reduce symptoms and promote personal growth.

How is the format of counselling?

The format can be individual, couple or family, it depends the issues that you bring to counselling.  Normally, this is face to face sessions, but if you are not in Hong Kong, the counselling sessions can be conducted via Skype. The length of every session is 50 minutes for individual and 1 hour 15 minutes for couple and family.

What is the policy for changing appointment?

For any changes of appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance before the session takes place. Changing or cancelling an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the full charge of one session.

What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is a type of psychotherapies, you would get in touch with your unconscious in the state of hypnosis, it is a process to overcome your psychological conflict effectively.

  • Persistent depress and sadness
  • Marked diminished interest in previous sources of pleasure

Also, it helps mothers to make an appropriate life adjustment and enhance the coping skill.

What is Grief?

Grief is a natural response to loss, especially to loss of someone or something which is very important to you. You would experience a process of grief with physical and psychological response, include sadness, anger, guilty, depress, insomnia, etc.

Who need Bereavement Counselling?

If you have intense, pervasive sadness, sense of guilt for a long time after your loss, your ability on daily functioning is affected. You need to consider to seek for professional assistance.
