Who need psychological counselling?

If you are currently encountering emotional problems which may affect your daily life, such as work or interpersonal relationship; Some may experience insomnia, emotional, low motivation, difficult to concentrate, overwhelm by depress, anxious feelings. How does counselling help me?

Through the counselling process, you may identify your issue, have a better understanding on your conflict and yourself, as well as to improve your emotional issues, reduce symptoms and promote personal growth.

How is the format of counselling?

The format can be individual, couple or family, it depends the issues that you bring to counselling.  Normally, this is face to face sessions, but if you are not in Hong Kong, the counselling sessions can be conducted via Skype. The length of every session is 50 minutes for individual and 1 hour 15 minutes for couple and family.

What is the policy for changing appointment?

For any changes of appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance before the session takes place. Changing or cancelling an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the full charge of one session.

What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is a type of psychotherapies, you would get in touch with your unconscious in the state of hypnosis, it is a process to overcome your psychological conflict effectively.
