Our counselling sessions are typically conducted face-to-face in a safe, judgment-free environment, allowing valuable in-person interaction and rapport building. In some special cases, we are pleased to offer online counselling sessions. Each counselling session is thoughtfully structured to last 50 minutes. This timeframe allows us to delve deep into the issues that you would like to address.
